If you want to avoid renting a car or need a second car for the period of your vacation you can, after verification, have a chauffeur service for your outings and only for those times you think necessary.
- Half day for 4 people without fuel Euro 30
- Full day for 4 people without fuel Euro 45

SERVICES AND CONDITIONS

All buildings are air conditioned with fire extinguisher. Costs include water, electricity and gas, are in Euro, for weekly stays arrival is Saturday afternoon and departure on Saturday morning.

You can book for different durations from week after checking that, like the weekend, will be agreed from time to time.

House Zagara (Stella and Gemma) and Villa Verdiana handle stays of one or more days as a Bed and Breakfast. In B & B rates include linens.

Daily cleaning is left to 'tenant who keeps clean the premises during their stay. The premises are equipped with everything necessary. The cost of final cleaning is 30 Euro. In respect of others and in accordance with the existing laws  smoking is allowed only in the balcony, the terrace and usually

outdoors.

 Local references

To avoid the guests to spend the holiday weeks looking for information on where, how and when to do something, upon arrival the customer will find all the information with references.

Shores and beaches equipped with related costs and conditions and service(rescue, baby parking, kids club, nursery hostesses, security, game room, fast food, etc.).
Recreation and hire various (bike, taxi airport, etc.)

Sea excursions and city tours (all year).
