Villa Lia - Wedding House

Splendid villa near the sea, the elegance and style make it ideal as a very nice  wedding house.

As Wedding House use  the owner permit to shot pictures in his own garden and part of his house. (photo by 01 to 11). It should be paid a fee for the photo shoot.

The apartment (photos 12 to 24) has its own entrance with 2 parking spaces.

The hallway leading from the living-room door to the bedrooms, is furnished with an antique piano.

The master bedroom is spacious and very bright thanks to the 3 skylights electrically controlled folding and can be darkened, and beside the main bathroom with Jacuzzi.

Also available is a second double bedroom, a third bedroom with two double beds, which can add two folding beds for a total of 12 beds. It has a second bathroom, very useful when you are many.

The reservation must be told if you want to rent the apartment only for pleasure or as a Wedding House.

To continue the photo shoot on the beach you can book the location of Tropical Beach (photo 35,36,37 page The Sea) or at the equipped areas.

We provide references on request of photographers, farmhouses and villas for the banquet, and car rental with driver.
